Step 3: Tell your friends and family to “Like” our pages and then follow the link to vote for your photo. Your votes are VALID, if your voters click on “Like” Pineapple Studio, and “like” on your photo. It is up to the contest entrants to request that friends and family vote for them. Please read the Terms and Condition of the contest to confirm eligibility before entering.
Step 4: Wait for our announcement in Pineapple Studio fans page. Winner will be notified via Facebook.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This contest is organized by Pineapple Studio through our Facebook Fan Page:http://www.facebook.com/pineapplestudio.naomiching.com
2. The contest is open to all Malaysians, Singaporeans and Permanent Residents, except employees of Pineapple Studio, sponsoring companies and their agencies, and their immediate families.
3. Participation in this contest is subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, the Terms of Use of the Website, and such other rules, regulations and procedures prescribed by Pineapple Studio in relation to this contest. Non-compliance with or breach of any of such terms, conditions, rules, regulations or procedures shall immediately disqualify the participant from participating in the event, and any prizes won shall be forfeited, withheld or withdrawn.
4. Starting from 16 October 2012, this contest calls for participants to submit a photo with their partners as a couple. Participants must clear the rights to use copyrighted material in the photo they have uploaded. Each participant can submit more than 1 photo and file size should not exceed 10MB.
5. All participants who submit a photo warrant they are authorized to do so and hereby authorize Pineapple Studio to display any attached images on its Website or other promotional material in electronic and print media.
6. Pineapple Studio reserves the right to remove any submission it deems inappropriate without informing the participants.
7. Online submission will start on the 16 October 2012, 0000hrs and ends on 16 November 2012, 2359hrs.
8. The winners will be selected by organizers and will be notified via their Facebook account.
9. Winners will be rewarded with a wedding portrait worth RM3800. The photo shoot will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The organizers reserve the right to replace the said prize of equivalent value to the winners.
10. When requested by Pineapple Studio, the participants shall produce his / her IC or Passport (supported by a valid Work Permit/Employment Pass/ Student Pass) for verification purposes.
11. All decisions made by Pineapple Studio in relation to this contest are final and no enquiries, appeals, verbal or written or any other correspondence will be entertained. The participants agree to accept and abide by all decisions made by Pineapple Studio.
12. Pineapple Studio reserves the right to remove or change any of the prizes offered. All prizes won shall not be transferable or exchangeable. Pineapple Studio does not undertake any responsibility to ensure that prize will be delivered to any prize winner.
13. No obligation will be incurred by Pineapple Studio by reason of participation in this contest or by reason of anything done or omitted to be done by the participants as a result of or on account of this event.
14. Each participant warrants that all information provided by the participant, including all information provided in any application form(s), is true, correct and complete. By participating in this contest, each participant agrees that any personal information submitted may be used to send participants marketing and advertising materials from Pineapple Studio.
15. Each participant hereby irrevocably and unconditionally grants Pineapple Studio all consents and waivers necessary to record, use and publicize the participants’ name and other particulars, photographs, performance, appearance, likeness and/or voice (as the case may be) in any manner as Pineapple Studio shall in its sole discretion deem fit.
16. Pineapple Studio reserves the right to change, amend or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice. Pineapple Studio further reserves the right, without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, terminate, suspend or in any other way cease this contest at any time without prior notice.
17. Each participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that Pineapple Studio, its related/affiliated companies and their respective officers, employees and agents shall not be liable to any of the participants for any claim, liability, damages, cost, loss or expense whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with his/her participation in the contest, or arising from compliance with these terms and conditions.
18. These terms and conditions and this event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysia laws.
